Accepting Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and have its original packaging.
Any broken item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or exchange. PearlStrings will refund the return shipping cost on broken items.

Returning Your Item

Place the item and all original packaging in a box and send it to this address:

Please include a descriptive note containing your name, address, phone number, email address and why you are returning the item.
Once your return is received and reviewed for condition, we will notify you by email of acceptance and refund, credit or exchange information. Any items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Credits will be issued to your account and can be used for up to 1 year for a future purchase.
Exchanges of the exact same items will be shipped to the original purchaser when they are available in stock. If an exchange item must be backordered or has been discontinued, we will contact you and you may choose if you want a similar item or credit.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for future use and the original expiration date will still apply. If you return an item that was purchased using a promotional discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the discount as it was deducted from the original purchase amount.
